"Cute for about five minutes"
I really wanted to like this because it looked adorable when it arrived. My daughter wore it once, I washed it on cold exactly like the label said, and somehow that was apparently too much excitement for it. The stitching started coming loose and the fabric got all weird and thin. So yeah, super cute at first, but not exactly built for the wild challenge of one gentle wash.

I ordered a small, but it fits more like a large. Way bigger than I expected
"Messy design that doesn’t inspire trust"
I don’t know, the whole site just feels really thrown together. There are so many bright colors, random fonts, and the layout is kind of confusing to navigate. How are you supposed to feel comfortable shopping somewhere when the site doesn’t even look clean or modern? I clicked around for a bit, but it just didn’t give me much confidence.

I can’t give this a real 1-star review since I haven’t had my own order experience with it. If something went wrong, it’d help to include what happened, when it happened, and how customer support responded!!

"Color Was Totally Different Than the Photos"
I ordered this dress because it looked like a soft pink in the pictures, but what showed up was almost orange and looked kind of cheap. I even checked it in different lighting thinking maybe it was just my room, but nope, the color was still way off. I picked it specifically for that pink shade, so it was disappointing. I tried reaching out too, but the email replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really address the issue. I definitely wouldn’t trust the product photos again

"Really hard to use this site"
I tried using the site, but the navigation keeps freezing on me. It is frustrating because I cannot get around or find what I need without it getting stuck

"They promised delivery, but nothing showed up"
I ordered from lili-girl.com thinking it would be simple, but it’s been more hassle than it’s worth. They make it seem like your order will be handled properly, but the reality was totally different. The tracking barely updated, weeks have gone by, and my package still hasn’t arrived. I emailed them hoping someone would actually help, but I didn’t get anything useful back. Really frustrating experience, and I definitely wouldn’t order from them again.

"Refund is taking forever"

The box came all ripped up and kinda smashed, and the item inside looked scuffed too. Not super happy with how it arrvied.

I tried to return my order, but it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. It took forever to get replies, and the exchange instructions weren’t clear at all. I ended up just giving up. I don’t think I’d order from them again

"Fabric felt rough and cheap"
I really wanted to like this dress because it looked cute at first, but the fabric just wasn’t comfortable for me at all.
After wearing it for about a few minutes, it started feeling scratchy on my skin and kind of stiff, not soft like I was expecting. It also got warm fast, so walking around in it for a normal day was annoying.
It might look okay in photos, but comfort-wise it’s a no from me. I don’t think I’d order it again

This was a bit of a letdown. The quality feels kinda cheap for the price, and it looked way better online. I don’t think I’d buy from here again, tbh.

I wanted to give them a fair chance because the product seemed okay at first, but I messaged customer service twice and never heard anything back. Maybe they’re usually better than this, I don’t know, but it was frustrating. Not really confident I’d order from them again

I was disappointed with this. I usually double-check photos and descriptions before ordering because I don’t like taking chances on stuff that might not be as advertised, and in this case the product looked nothing like the listing. The description felt way off, so I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying it again.

"Has anyone else had checkout issues?"
I tried placing an order on lili-girl.com, but the checkout process was such a headache. My card got declined twice even though I use it all the time with no problem, then the page froze and I had to start over. The shipping cost also didn’t show up until the very end, which was frustrating. I’m wondering if other people have had the same experience, because it made the whole thing feel not really worth the hassle

"Recent orders showed stock that wasn’t actually available"
I just dealt with this on my most recent order, so maybe I’m a bit extra frustrated right now, but it was really annoying. The item showed as in stock when I placed the order, then later I got a message saying it wasn’t available. Then the same thing happened again with another item. After that, it’s hard not to feel like checking out is a waste of time if the stock info isn’t accurate.

"Shipping took forever"
I ordered from lili-girl.com and the shipping was a way too slow. They made it seem like it would arrive much sooner, but I ended up waiting weeks with barely any update. I kept checking the tracking myself and it pretty much didn’t move. By the time the package finally showed up, I didn’t even need it anymore. Just a really annoying experience overall.

The fabric feels cheap and the stitching isn’t very well done. I was disappointed when I got it, but I’ll probably still use it for now since it’s more hassle to return

I placed my order and the tracking basically just sat there for days without any real movement. I reached out by email, but the response was vague and didn’t really answer anything. At this point, I still don’t have the package and have no clear idea where it is. frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t order from lili-girl.com again.
